A voice agent on your front desk or sales line that answers in natural conversation, books meetings straight into your calendar, and hands over to a person the moment judgement is needed.

Everything that usually decides it, before the detail below.
In detail
A missed call is the most expensive thing a small company does all day, and it happens every lunchtime. The agent answers in natural speech, understands why the person called, answers service questions from your knowledge base, books meetings directly into your shared calendar, and escalates to a human when the conversation needs one. Every call is transcribed, summarised and logged.

Order this agent
Tell us which process is costing you the most hours. The first consultation and the process audit cost nothing, and you keep the findings either way.
Businesses where the phone still rings, and where a missed call is a lost customer rather than a voicemail.
Clinics and practices
Appointment booking, rescheduling and opening-hours questions, arriving in waves exactly when reception is with a patient.
Trades and service companies
Your people are on site and cannot answer. The agent takes the job details, qualifies urgency and books the visit.
Sales lines with fluctuating volume
Campaign spikes that a fixed headcount cannot absorb, where every unanswered call is media spend already paid for.
Offices with no dedicated reception
Calls landing on whoever is nearest, which interrupts them and gives the caller an inconsistent answer.
Before we start
What we need from you
A number to answer on, and answers to the questions people ask.
A phone number we can route, or access to your existing VoIP or PBX — most providers with a SIP or API integration work.
The twenty to thirty questions callers actually ask, with the answers you want given. Your website usually covers most of them.
Calendar access for booking: Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 or your existing booking system, with the rules on slot length and availability.
Escalation rules: which calls go to a human immediately, to whom, and what happens when nobody picks up.
A recording of a few real calls if you have them — the fastest way to teach the agent how your front desk actually speaks.
Setup
How much it decides, and where it runs
Autonomous on known topics with immediate escalation, running in our managed cloud or your own tenancy.
How much it decides
Draft-first
The agent prepares everything and a human approves before anything leaves the building. Slower, and the right choice while you are still establishing how often it is correct.
Autonomous
The agent acts on its own within the rules you set, and escalates whatever falls outside them. Almost every client arrives here gradually, one process category at a time, rather than on day one.
Where it runs
Our managed cloud
We host, monitor and maintain the agent, and you pay nothing for infrastructure. The fastest way to production and the usual choice for a first agent.
Your own infrastructure
The agent runs inside your cloud tenancy or on your servers, so your data never leaves an environment you control. Common in banking, healthcare and the public sector.
Hybrid
Processing happens in our environment while the sensitive data stays in yours, connected over a restricted interface. A practical middle ground when policy and speed pull in different directions.
Voice is the least forgiving channel we work in: there is no draft step, the caller is waiting, and a wrong answer is heard immediately. So the agent is deliberately narrow — it is confident within the topics you defined and quick to hand over outside them, rather than improvising. Most clients start with overflow only, taking the calls that would have gone unanswered, and move it to the primary line after a few weeks of listening to the recordings.
Process
How the rollout runs
From missed calls to a line that always answers.
Week 1
Call audit
We look at what actually arrives: volume by hour, how many go unanswered, what people call about and which of those are answered identically every time. Most clients find the missed-call number higher than they assumed.
Week 2
Script, voice and knowledge base
We build the conversation design, the escalation rules and the knowledge base, and choose the voice. Then we test it on the calls you get most often, until the handover feels natural rather than abrupt.
Weeks 3–4
Overflow running
The agent takes only the calls that would otherwise have been missed. You listen to the recordings and correct it with no risk to your main line.
Week 5 onward
Primary line and tuning
Once the recordings are convincing, the agent moves to the front of the queue. We monitor escalation and completion rates and extend the knowledge base as new questions appear.
Good to know
Frequently asked questions
Will callers realise they are talking to a machine?
Most will, and we recommend saying so at the start rather than pretending otherwise. In practice callers mind far less than companies expect, provided the agent is fast, gets to the point and hands over to a person without an argument when asked.
What happens if the caller asks something unexpected?
It escalates rather than improvises. Depending on your rules it transfers to a person, takes a callback request, or books a slot — and the summary of what it already established goes to whoever picks it up, so the caller does not repeat themselves.
Does it handle more than one language?
Yes, on the same number, detected from how the caller speaks. This is one of the clearest wins over a small reception team, where language cover usually depends on who is in that day.
Do we have to change our phone provider?
Usually not. If your VoIP or PBX offers SIP or an API, we route to the agent from your existing setup. If your provider is genuinely closed, a new number in front of the old one is the normal workaround.
Is recording every call legal?
With disclosure, yes — callers are informed at the start, which is standard practice for business lines in the EU and the same rule that applies to human-answered recorded calls. Retention periods, access rights and deletion are set to your policy as part of the build.
