List building, research, first touch and follow-up — running every day whether or not anyone had time for it, and stopping the moment a human should take over.
3–5 weeks to production Approval on first touch, autonomous follow-up From €1,600
Everything that usually decides it, before the detail below.
In detail
Your sales people are at their best on a call and at their worst during the four hours of research and typing that produce one. The agent builds target lists against your ideal-customer profile, reads what is publicly true about each company, writes an opener grounded in something real rather than a merge field, and keeps the cadence running until someone replies or the sequence ends.

Order this agent
Tell us which process is costing you the most hours. The first consultation and the process audit cost nothing, and you keep the findings either way.
B2B companies where a deal is worth a conversation and the pipeline depends on someone remembering to prospect.
Sales teams with no SDR layer
Closers doing their own prospecting, which means prospecting happens in the gaps between deals. The agent makes it continuous.
Founders selling their own product
You are the best person to run the call and the worst-placed to spend Tuesday morning building lists. This hands the morning back.
Companies entering a new market
No network, no referrals, and a list that has to be built from nothing. Research at volume is precisely what an agent is good at.
Teams with a CRM full of stale contacts
Thousands of records nobody has touched in two years. The agent re-qualifies them against what is true today before anyone picks up the phone.
Before we start
What we need from you
Your definition of a good customer, and somewhere to write the results.
A written ideal-customer profile: size, sector, geography, and the trigger that makes a company worth contacting now.
CRM access — HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or whatever you run — so activity is logged where your team already works.
A sending domain and mailbox for outreach, ideally separate from your main one, which we warm up before volume starts.
Ten to twenty of your best past deals, so the agent learns what a good fit looks like in practice rather than on paper.
A named owner for replies — the agent hands over the moment a conversation starts.
Setup
How much it decides, and where it runs
Approval on first touch, autonomous follow-up, running in our managed cloud or your own tenancy.
How much it decides
Draft-first
The agent prepares everything and a human approves before anything leaves the building. Slower, and the right choice while you are still establishing how often it is correct.
Autonomous
The agent acts on its own within the rules you set, and escalates whatever falls outside them. Almost every client arrives here gradually, one process category at a time, rather than on day one.
Where it runs
Our managed cloud
We host, monitor and maintain the agent, and you pay nothing for infrastructure. The fastest way to production and the usual choice for a first agent.
Your own infrastructure
The agent runs inside your cloud tenancy or on your servers, so your data never leaves an environment you control. Common in banking, healthcare and the public sector.
Hybrid
Processing happens in our environment while the sensitive data stays in yours, connected over a restricted interface. A practical middle ground when policy and speed pull in different directions.
We always start with approval on the first message. Not because the copy is weak, but because the first weeks are where you discover that your ICP on paper and your ICP in practice differ — and it is far cheaper to learn that in a review queue than in your domain reputation. Follow-ups run unattended from day one: they are lower-risk and they are exactly the part humans skip. Everything stops automatically the moment a prospect replies.
Process
How the rollout runs
From ICP definition to a pipeline that fills itself.
Week 1
ICP and offer audit
We look at who actually bought rather than who you hoped would, and find the pattern in it. The output is a written profile and a target list you can judge before a single message is sent.
Week 2
Sequence and infrastructure
Messaging per segment, cadence, stop conditions and the escalation rule. In parallel we set up the sending domain and warm it, because deliverability decides more outcomes than copy does.
Weeks 3–4
Controlled first sends
Small volumes, every first message reviewed. We measure replies per segment and fix targeting and wording before scaling anything.
Week 5 onward
Scale and hand over
Volume rises where the numbers justify it. Replies route to your people with the research attached, the CRM stays current on its own, and we tune the segments monthly.
Good to know
Frequently asked questions
Is this just mass cold email?
No, and the difference is checkable: the agent sends fewer messages, each referencing something specific about that company, and stops the sequence the moment anyone replies. Volume is capped by what your domain can send safely, not by what the tool could technically do.
Is cold outreach GDPR-compliant?
B2B outreach to a business contact on a legitimate-interest basis is lawful in the EU when you are relevant, identify yourself and honour opt-outs immediately. We build all three in — and we will tell you plainly if a particular market or contact type is a problem.
Where does the contact data come from?
From the data providers you already use, or one we recommend, under their licence. The agent enriches and verifies rather than scraping, which matters both legally and for your bounce rate.
Can it handle the reply as well?
It classifies replies and can answer purely informational ones, but a genuinely interested prospect goes to a human immediately, with the research and the thread summarised. Trying to automate that conversation is how you lose the deal.
What reply rate should we expect?
That depends far more on your offer and your market than on the agent, so treat any number promised up front with suspicion. What we can say is that the first weeks are deliberately run small, precisely to establish your baseline before spending your domain on volume.
