Feeds arrive in whatever shape the supplier felt like sending. Complete, translated, search-ready listings come out the other side — without a person rewriting each one.

Everything that usually decides it, before the detail below.
In detail
For shops that add products faster than anyone can describe them. The agent ingests supplier feeds in any format, maps them onto your own category and attribute structure, writes product copy that reads like a person wrote it, translates it into every market you sell in, and publishes complete listings with titles, meta descriptions and structured data already in place.

Order this agent
Tell us which process is costing you the most hours. The first consultation and the process audit cost nothing, and you keep the findings either way.
Online shops where the catalogue is the product, and keeping it current is somebody's entire week.
Dropshipping and reseller shops
Thousands of SKUs from suppliers whose feeds share no common structure. Normalising that is mechanical work, and mechanical work is what an agent is for.
Shops selling into several countries
Every new product multiplied by every language. The translation round is usually what delays a launch, and it disappears here.
Distributors with deep catalogues
Technical products with long attribute lists, where an inconsistent spec sheet quietly breaks your filters and your search.
Retailers with seasonal turnover
A collection that changes several times a year and has to be described from scratch each time, against a deadline you do not control.
Before we start
What we need from you
Your feeds, your structure, and API access to the shop.
Supplier feeds in whatever form they exist — XML, CSV, spreadsheets, an API or even regular email attachments.
API access to your store: Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shoptet or a custom platform with an endpoint we can write to.
Your category tree and attribute structure, plus the rules that decide where a new product belongs.
Thirty to fifty existing listings you are happy with, as the style reference for tone, length and structure.
Your pricing rules — margins, rounding, currency handling per market — if the agent is to set prices rather than copy them.
Setup
How much it decides, and where it runs
Autonomous publishing or review-first, running in our managed cloud or your own tenancy.
How much it decides
Draft-first
The agent prepares everything and a human approves before anything leaves the building. Slower, and the right choice while you are still establishing how often it is correct.
Autonomous
The agent acts on its own within the rules you set, and escalates whatever falls outside them. Almost every client arrives here gradually, one process category at a time, rather than on day one.
Where it runs
Our managed cloud
We host, monitor and maintain the agent, and you pay nothing for infrastructure. The fastest way to production and the usual choice for a first agent.
Your own infrastructure
The agent runs inside your cloud tenancy or on your servers, so your data never leaves an environment you control. Common in banking, healthcare and the public sector.
Hybrid
Processing happens in our environment while the sensitive data stays in yours, connected over a restricted interface. A practical middle ground when policy and speed pull in different directions.
Catalogue work is one of the few places where we recommend full autonomy relatively early. The output is high-volume and low-ambiguity, mistakes are visible and trivially reversible, and nobody wants to approve four hundred product descriptions by hand. The usual arrangement: new products publish unattended, while anything touching price, stock thresholds or a new category stops for a person — because those are the errors that cost real money rather than an afternoon.
Process
How the rollout runs
From a pile of supplier files to listings that publish themselves.
Week 1
Feed and catalogue audit
We take real supplier files and your live catalogue and map the distance between them: what fields exist, what is missing, where the same attribute is called three different things. You get that written down regardless of what you do next.
Weeks 2–3
Mapping and copy rules
We build the transformation from supplier format to your structure, and define the copy rules — length, tone, what to claim, what never to claim — plus the SEO template per category and market.
Week 4
Batch trial
A few hundred products run end to end into a staging environment. You review the output as a set rather than individually, and the corrections become rules.
Week 5 onward
Live publishing
Feeds run on schedule, new products appear complete and translated, and we monitor for the day a supplier silently changes their format — which they will.
Good to know
Frequently asked questions
Will Google treat AI-written product copy as spam?
Google's stated position is that it judges quality and usefulness, not how text was produced. Thin, duplicated descriptions are penalised whether a person or a model wrote them — which is exactly the problem with copying supplier text verbatim, and the reason generated copy usually performs better than the status quo.
What happens when a supplier changes their feed format?
The agent flags it rather than importing nonsense, and the import stops with a report of what no longer matches. This is a normal part of the monitoring we do on live agents; it is also the single most common reason catalogue automations break when nobody is watching them.
Can it handle our existing catalogue too?
Yes, and it is often the better first project — a bulk rewrite of what you already sell produces a measurable SEO result faster than waiting for new arrivals. We usually price it as an extension rather than a separate agent.
Which platforms can it publish to?
Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Shoptet through their APIs, and any custom storefront that exposes one. If your platform has no API, we can still deliver an import file in the format it accepts.
How good are the translations really?
Good enough that your customers will not notice, provided we agree the terminology per market first. Where we would not trust it alone is regulated wording — safety notices, legal claims, pharmaceutical or food labelling — and those we route to a human every time.

Quotation & Pricing Agent
Consistent quotes in minutes, not evenings
From €1,600
Quoting is where margin quietly leaks. We encode your price list, volume tiers, discount limits and approval thresholds once, and the agent applies them the same way every time — producing a branded quote document from an enquiry while the customer is still interested.
4–6 weeks to production Autonomous within your limits, approval above the threshold
Built for marketing teams of one or two people. The agent turns a single source — a blog post, a product update, a case study — into channel-specific posts, schedules them across your accounts and keeps a consistent voice, so the calendar no longer depends on someone having a spare hour.
2–4 weeks to production Draft-first by default, scheduled publishing once approved
