We were a part of a short-term project where our Business Analysts worked mainly on documentation of an insurance company’s portal, which was not fully documented. Towards the end of our involvement, we were tasked with the creation of assignments for an analytical bootcamp which was established to train existing and new analysts.

- Gathering the necessary information, documenting systems in Confluence
- Creation of diagrams using plantUML and Enterprise Architect
- Consolidation of the entire documentation in one place to be used by development teams
- Research of the documentation requested by other colleagues
